How to Request Accommodations
Disability is defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act as a “physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of such individual; a record of such an impairment; or being regarded as having such an impairment.” Major life activities include, but are not limited to “functions such as caring for one’s self, performing manual tasks, 走, 看到, 听力, 说话, 呼吸, 学习, 工作.”

Additional Documentation
